Edgar Saldivar joined Franklin, Cardwell & Jones in September 2002. His practice primarily focuses on tort and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. Since joining the firm, Saldivar has also worked in international business transactions and litigation involving Latin American entities and governments. His proficiency in Spanish allows him to serve an international clientele.

Saldivar's recent cases include the representation of a bank in a professional malpractice case against real estate appraisers; a business in litigation against a financial company involved in a nationwide scam to defraud small businesses; an international aircraft parts supplier in a breach of contract matter and a wholesale food distributor in collection matters against various restaurants.
