Kristin Kirk's practice is focused primarily on personal injury, toxic tort, pharmaceutical and oil and gas litigation. The majority of her experience is with mass personal injury cases. Prior to joining Franklin, Cardwell & Jones in April of 2007, she was with the Kirk Law Firm in Houston.
