Michael Marconi's practice is devoted primarily to general commercial litigation. Michael has extensive experience litigating significant business disputes involving a broad range of issues including breach of contract, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, antitrust, theft of trade secrets and patent infringement.
Prior to joining Franklin, Cardwell & Jones, Michael was a Principal in the Dallas office of McKool Smith, P.C. Michael served on active duty as a field artillery officer in the United States Army before attending law school. He lived overseas for sixteen years in Italy, Spain and Sweden before returning to the United States to attend college. Michael is fluent in both Spanish and Italian.
