Randy Bruchmiller has handled a variety of professional liability, employment and personal injury matters in both state and federal courts. He also defends claims brought against individuals and companies for personal injuries and civil rights violations.

Over the past five years, Randy has also been involved in a large number of cases representing clients that were exposed to significant amounts of asbestos while working in the oil and gas industry. These clients have asbestosis, cancer and/or mesothelioma because of their exposure. Following a favorable settlement for a large portion of these clients in Texas, he continues to be involved in a smaller number of similar cases in Texas, as well as a large volume of cases in Mississippi.
