For almost a decade, Randy Bruchmiller has handled a variety of cases and represented both plaintiffs and defendants. He has obtained numerous favorable outcomes for those clients through summary judgments, settlements and trial.
Randy began his career defending doctors and hospitals in personal injury and disciplinary matters. Since that time, he has also handled other personal injury, commercial, employment and civil rights matters in both state and federal courts. This includes defending Fortune 500 and smaller companies in litigation as well as seeking recoveries for injured individuals.
Over the past five years, Randy has been involved in a large number of cases representing clients that were exposed to significant amounts of asbestos while working in the oil and gas drilling industry. These clients have asbestosis, cancer and/or mesothelioma because of their exposure. Following a favorable settlement for a large portion of these clients in Texas, he continues to be involved in a smaller number of similar cases in Texas, as well as a large volume of cases in Mississippi.
