Tim Horan has been practicing law since 1974 and is proud to be among the first group of Texas lawyers to be designated as a Commercial Real Estate Law Specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Tim handles a variety of commercial real estate matters for investors and developers, including the purchase, sale, development and finance of raw land, residential and commercial land development, multi-family, rental, office and industrial property. Additionally, Tim represents numerous banks and other financial institutions in the documentation of mortgage loans.
Tim's legal practice is distinguished by his ability to apply a high level of skill, creativity, knowledge and sound business judgment to any real estate transaction. This ability is a result of decades of experience gained from the representation of Houston's leading real estate entrepreneurs, during both good times and bad.
