• Acquisition of joint venture interest in Midwest US based interstate pipeline for $8,000,000.
• Purchase of oilfield service company for $4,000,000 from Emerson Electric and its subsequent sale to National Oilwell Varco for $38,000,000.
• Stock sale of coiled tubing company to Allis Chalmers Energy, Inc. in the amount of $24,000,000 in cash and publicly traded stock.
• Representation of a purchaser of an energy service division in a leveraged buyout for $13,000,000 from Black Warrior Wireline Corp.
