Franklin Cardwell & Jones was founded on the knowledge that the only way to achieve a favorable outcome is to be fully prepared to try a case before a jury. We are trial lawyers, not litigators. Over the past thirty years, that philosophy has resulted in a hard-earned reputation for winning. Today, with over 300 cases tried to a final jury verdict, the passion we display in the courthouse continues to achieve results.

The Firm's reputation for excellence began with the trial of personal injury cases, which remains an integral part of our trial practice today. Many premier corporations recognize us as the go-to firm for the prosecution and defense of important commercial claims. In either practice area, our trial skills and experience are the strengths that set us apart.

Members of the Firm that concentrate on litigation cases include Ron Franklin, Suzan Cardwell, Greg Jones, LaVerne Chang, Emma Canales Mata, Sheila Wollam, Edgar Saldivar, Scott Alford, Allen Vaught, Randy Bruchmiller and Derek Bauman.
