The firm's real estate section has broad experience in all types of projects, including raw land, office, retail, medical and industrial income properties, residential and commercial land development, golf course development, homebuilding, condominium development and conversions, restructuring/workouts related to real property and foreclosures. Additionally, the firm engages in the closing of complex real estate transactions as closing attorneys for several national title insurance companies.

The firm's real estate attorneys also represent banks and other financial institutions in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of construction loans, bridge loans and permanent loans secured by real property assets.
